The original location of La Casa de Toño, the pozole institution that began as a Claveria street stand in 1978. Founded in 1978 by Marco Antonio "Tono" Campos, La Casa de Tono began as a modest stand on Calle Floresta selling quesadillas and guisado tacos made by his mother and grandmother before its pozole made it famous. This Floresta location in Claveria is the original site of what has since grown into a chain of more than 60 branches across Mexico City.
